CopperTree Farms Butter is developed using traditional French methods. Our butter has a natural acidity that balances out its rich creaminess. We don’t alter the natural process of the butter churn, resulting in a high fat content percentage (84-85%) that gives a clean and fresh product.
We have partnered with some of Australia’s best chefs, including Neil Perry, Corey Costelloe and Mark Best, to create our Chef’s Series range of flavoured butters, bringing a touch of luxury to the home kitchen.
As well as using the highest quality Australian cream, we use the best additional ingredients to flavour our butter, including Murray River Pink Salt Flakes from South Australia and Black Winter Truffle Pieces from Western Australia.
