Blackmore Wagyu

We are proud of our partnership with Blackmore Wagyu, a family-owned business that has been going for more than 30 years.

Between 1992 and 2004 David Blackmore imported more than 80% of the Wagyu genetics into Australia and he is involved in every stage of the animal’s life over four years. The fact that they breed, feed and market all their own animals is what sets them apart from other Wagyu brands and what makes them fit in perfectly with CopperTree.

The cattle are raised in Victorian high country that, with its natural lagoons and river red gums, makes for the perfect natural, sustainable environment to create perfectly marbled meat.
