Australian Bresse

We have to agree with gastronome Jean Brillat-Savarin who purportedly described the Bresse as “The queen of poultry, the poultry of kings”. 

The Bresse breed, with its trademark blue legs, red comb and bright white feathers, is over 400 years old and comes from an area in Eastern France. They thrive in the outdoors where, through regenerative farming practices, nature does most of the work. 

Our chickens are ethically raised, allowed to roam free and kept free of chemicals and antibiotics. This lifestyle helps us raise the tastiest chicken in the world.
